♡ Processing times are 3-10 business days after your order has been placed.

♡ Delivery times take 1-5 days AFTER your item has been shipped out

♡ Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

♡ SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAY, TUESDAY & THURSDAY, FRIDAY (Except on holidays and vacation)

♡ An email will be sent to you with your tracking information once shipping label has been created. To track your order, go to your email and click on the link provided. If any delays occur during delivery, please contact your local post office.


♡ All customers MUST verify name and address BEFORE checking out. If your package is sent back to us because of incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.



♡ Unfortunately, we have no control over where your package went. Please contact USPS about your missing package, they will provide you with more information.

♡ We do our best to ship world wide but if you see that we don't please contact us!

There are NO cancellations once your order has been placed. If you make a mistake with your order, it will NOT be cancelled. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is your responsibility to verify your order before completion. By confirming your order at checkout, you are agreeing to these terms.

Glossi Babe has a strict NO REFUND policy due to sanitary purposes. Once the product has been shipped out, we are no longer responsible for the package. If your order has been damaged upon delivery, there are still NO REFUNDS. We package our products carefully, making sure everything is secure for a safe delivery. Unfortunately, this does not always happen. If you receive a damaged package, you will need to contact USPS and file a damaged package case against USPS. Glossi Babe is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen goods.

All our products are 100% Cruelty-free and made with natural ingredients. As we do have Vegan products, please note that some products are NOT Vegan. Non-Vegan items will be marked with an asterisk (*).
